So, our Saas-based service will ensure not only a virtual assistant but also a complete package to manage your restaurant business smartly and cost-effectively.
To use our service, you must have to agree with our terms & conditions, and these terms will be applicable for all visitors, users, and others who want to access our service. If you disagree with any part of our terms, you can not access our service.

1. Through this service, you will get a unique and precise domain address where restorapos will not be shown in your domain address. So, your website address will be redirected to just your domain address.
2. You are only responsible for set up your own username and password and keep your password secure. Restora POS will not be reliable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.
3. The terms of services may be available in languages other than English. To the extent of any inconsistencies or conflict between these English terms of services, Restora POS will be responsible to provide the terms of services in other languages.
4. After installing the system, if you face any technical difficulties, you can contact us with our support team. So, our support team will assist you to solve your problems as early as possible.
1. Restora POS reserves the full right to edit, modify, or delete any services for any valid reason, without any notice at any time.
2. We have the right to refuse service to anyone for any valid reason at any time.
3. Restora POS reserves the right to provide the services to your competitors and make no promise of exclusivity in any particular market segment.
4. We reserve the right to request documentation to determine or confirm the validity of the customer’s account. Documentation may include a scanned copy of your business license, government-issued photo ID, the last four digits of the credit card on file, etc. but is not limited to such kinds of things, if needed, you are responsible to provide other additional information.
5. We reserve the right to collect your full name, email address, and account login credentials.
6. If you want to check our demo and contact our sales team, you need to fill in our online form by providing the authentic information, then we will collect your full name, work email, contact number, country, requirements, your project details, and other additional information if needed.
7. If you click on the “Remember Me” option of the front checkout, we will collect your email address, card number, CVC code, and expiration date.
8. If we want, we can collect other information about your online activities on your website, connected devices, apps, and so on.
We strongly allow the clients to use a valid payment method, and you have to pay the overall payment process (Installation & Subscription Fees) through your authorized payment method. Restora POS will charge applicable fees to any valid payment method that you authorize, and Restora POS will continue to charge the authorized payment method for applicable fees until the services are terminated.
You have to pay our subscription fees through the Banking Payment We also accept your payment through Credit Cards.
Restora POS reserves the right to charge the amount of any value-added tax whether or not included on the invoice.
After placing the order, you can not cancel it. So, if you want to cancel it after the order is placed, you have to pay the installation charge. After installing, if you face any kinds of technical issues, you may report it to our support team or inform us via email or direct call. We are responsible to solve your issues within a certain period. If we fail to do this, then you can cancel your subscription. Otherwise, you can not do it.
When you face any technical problem, we will fix your issues at any cost. We do not offer any direct refund system because we are committed to our clients to solve their problems. If you face any technical difficulties and can not perform your regular activities, we will expand your subscription plan (for those wasted business working days) as a refund of our service.
Suppose, for any technical error, if you can not operate our service for 3 days, we will expand your subscription plan only for 3 days.
To use our services, you just need to install our system and have to pay for a one-time installation charge. We reserve the right to change the installation charge at any time. So, before integrating this service, you can see the details of our packages and pricing.
After paying the one-time installation charge, you need to pay certain subscription fees according to which package you will purchase. This service is organized under a proper subscription plan. Before ending your subscription date, we will notify you via email, and through the email, we will remind you to subscribe to our service.
WE MAINLY OFFER 2 TYPE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN, ONE IS MONTHLY (ONE MONTH) AND ANOTHER IS A HALF-YEARLY (SIX MONTH) BASIS. AT FIRST, YOU NEED TO DECIDE WHICH SUBSCRIPTION PLAN YOU WILL CHOOSE.
If you choose a monthly subscription plan, you have to pay the subscription fees within the deadline, otherwise, we will terminate your service.
After paying the subscription fees, your subscription will be renewed automatically unless you downgrade your subscription plan.
If you want to unsubscribe or do not wish to renew the subscription plan, you must have to inform us a minimum of five to seven days prior to the renewal date.
We allow you to organize your website with your unique content, in this regard, you can upload any post, link, video, or other necessary materials. BUT YOU HAVE TO SHARE 100% OF THE UNIQUE CONTENT, OTHERWISE, IF YOU FACE ANY COPYRIGHT ISSUES, Restora POS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR RELIABLE FOR SUCH KINDS OF ACTIVITIES.
After installing our system, you have full right to customize it according to your requirements but it may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Restora POS.
If you insert any third-party links in your website or link to other websites, Restora POS has no control over and no responsibility for these contents and such kinds of practices.
We will not directly or indirectly be responsible for any difficulties created to do such kind of activity like system loss or damage, copyright claim, and so on.

We follow all Governmental laws and our terms & conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Also, we follow international laws and regulations that are proclaimed by the governmental agencies of any applicable state, local, or federal.
